The ZytoLight ® SPEC C19MC/19p13 Dual Color Probe is designed for the detection of amplifications of the C19MC microRNA (miRNA) cluster region located at 19q13.42. According to the 2016 WHO classification of tumors of the central nervous system,amplification of this region defines a new entity of embryonal tumors with multilayered rosettes (EMTR).
